Howdy! My name is Laynie Kay Parker and I am honored to be your 2016 Larimer County Fair and Rodeo Queen. I am looking forward to traveling across Colorado promoting Larimer County, 4-H and the great sport of rodeo.

I am the 19-year-old daughter of John and Letricia Parker and call the Sweetheart City of Loveland home. My sisters and I enjoy spending time with our American Quarter Horses, Duke and Pepsi, and helping out on our grandparent’s farm. Duke and I spend our time reining in AQHA and RMQHA shows. I have been privileged to grow up with a deep appreciation for the hardworking men and women in agriculture and count my blessings to be a part of this extraordinary lifestyle. I was a 12-year member of 4-H and participated in many projects as well as being a Cloverbud leader. I credit 4-H with developing my work ethic and cannot wait to support the 4-H members throughout the year.

As my time as the Larimer County Fair and Rodeo Queen comes to an end I would like to thank the Larimer County Fair Board and the many kind-hearted sponsors of the Larimer County Royalty Program. Without the generous support of these sponsors, I would not have the opportunities I have been afforded this year. I must give all glory and honor to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for his amazing work in my life. I would also like to thank my family for their endless love and support throughout the past two years.

I have a fun filled summer planned and look forward to seeing you at The Ranch in Loveland for the Larimer County Fair and Rodeo, August 5th -9th!
