Volunteer Application

Volunteering at the Fair

The Fair is where you can have a grand time while celebrating our rural heritage. Every year we strive to make the Fair the best it can be and this can only be accomplished with the help of our many wonderful volunteers.

As a volunteer you can experience the look on a child's face when they actually gather eggs, dig up potatoes, and bring them to market to be traded at our Farmer for a Day tent, the delight of a three year old in awe of the different peddle carts offered at the Toddler Driving School, the laughter and cheers coming from the crowd as they enjoy the music, floats, and magic created by the Parade, or just the gratitude of a tired family as you offer them a ride on a Shuttle Cart. These are just a few of the great volunteer experiences.

Please consider joining us this year as a Larimer County Fair & Rodeo "Ranch Hand".
Become an integral part of one of the best fairs in America. Our fair offers fun filled
opportunities for groups, families and individuals in such events as:

This is just a fraction of what the Fair has to offer and a few of the countless ways volunteers make each year so special. Your unique expertise and creativity will always be welcomed.

Please complete your application early to ensure you are placed in your area of interest.

A sincere thank you to all of our past and future volunteers.
The success of our Fair is a direct result of all your hard work!
